Yes. When a UPS label is created for your order, the tracking number is saved to the order and a tracking link is available in your account order details.

Every lot is analyzed by an independent third-party laboratory. HPLC and mass-spectrometry data are published per lot.

A COA slot accompanies each product page for the current lot. Where a COA image is published, it is viewable and downloadable directly from the product listing.

Each listing shows molecular formula, molecular weight, CAS number, appearance, purity, and storage conditions — analytical specifications only.

The influencer tier pays cash commission per sale driven through your unique tracking link, with payout reporting and a minimum payout threshold. A W-9 is required before the first payout.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds, except for vials damaged in transit.

Report transit damage within 72 hours of delivery with photo proof. Approved claims are resolved per the Refund & Returns Policy.
