1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or place an order. By entering the site and placing an order you affirm your age and your acceptance of these terms.

2. Research use only

For laboratory research use only. Not for human or veterinary use. Not a drug, food, or dietary supplement.

Materials are sold solely as reference compounds for in-vitro laboratory research conducted by qualified personnel. You agree not to administer, resell for administration, or otherwise use any product in or on humans or animals. We provide no protocols, dosing guidance, or statements regarding effects of any product.

3. Orders and pricing

Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. We may cancel or limit any order, including orders that appear intended for non-research use.

4. Shipping

We ship within the United States only. See the Shipping Policy for rates and handling times.

5. Sales are final

All sales are final. The sole exception is vials damaged in transit, as described in the Refund & Returns Policy.

6. Accounts and programs

Store credit issued through the referral program has no cash value. Affiliate commissions are governed by the influencer program terms, including tax documentation and minimum payout requirements.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DH Peptides is not liable for any damages arising from the handling, storage, or use of purchased materials. You assume full responsibility for safe laboratory practice and regulatory compliance.
